Extracted Text data: BOXING PRESS TRUST OF INDIA SOFIA Former World silver-medal-list Saweety Boora (75kg) and Meena Kumar Devi (54kg) assured themselves of medals by entering the semifinals at the 69th Strandja memorial boxing tournament here on Tues-day. Meena defeated Italian Giulia Lamagna and Sawee-ty outpunched American Leah Cooper in her quarter-final bout. In another bout, Lovlina Borgohain (69kg) got the better of another American Oshae Jones to make the last eight. Borgohain and Sawee-ty had claimed gold medals at last month's India Open in New Delhi. Three exits However, World Champion-ship silver-medallist Sonia Lather (57kg) and Pwilao Ba-sumatary (64kg) bowed out after losing to China's Xu Zi-chun and Norway's Elisa-beth Angelsen respectively in their opening contests. In men's competition, Na-man Tanwar (91kg) lost to Russia's Ivan Sagaidak in a round of 16 clash.
